After your processes are documented, we convert them in a comprehensive “To Be” business process flow diagram. This diagram is mapped to your requirements and will be used as the basis for test scripts, training and system design.
Our consultants have access to the Cronin Business Process library. This library contains business process templates for a vast array of industries. In addition, this library allows the process design phase to be both compressed and accelerated.
