Whether implementing a fresh Oracle Application instance, upgrading a specific module or enhancing your existing reporting functionality, you may need to augment your existing staff with an Oracle expert.  Cronin Business Solutions has the network, tools and expertise necessary to rapidly find the resource that matches your Oracle requirement. 

We guarantee that our proprietary 4S process will identify a highly qualified resource that matches your requirement.  If, within the first 10 days, you are not satisfied with our resource, we will waive all costs associated with the first resource and find replacement.

4S Process (Staff Success Search System©2004)

Our proprietary 4S Process (Staff Success Search System©2004) was developed with the assistance of a University of South Florida Psychology PhD.  The process combines a series of elements to ensure that the candidate has the skills, integrity and quality that our clients have come to expect. 

The process starts with the creation of a 4S staffing requirement matrix, we then perform a series of searches in our internal resource database attempting to identify the appropriate candidate.  After the candidate has been identified a principal is responsible for conducing functional interviews and a SME is responsible for conducing the technical interview.  All candidates are then analyzed via the 4S process skill set matrix.  4S ensures that all candidates presented to our clients have the skills, integrity and quality you expect
